CNC Machinist

What We’re Looking For: 

We’re seeking a skilled Machinist to strengthen our CNC Turning & Milling Department (Haas & Hurco Lathes, Hurco Mills). This isn’t just button-pushing—it’s craftsmanship. At ABTech, machinists are true makers: programming, fixturing, setup, and inspection are all part of the craft. Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced: Minimum 5 years of machining experience, with strong understanding of machining practices.
• Detail-oriented: You have strong organizational skills and document your work accurately.
• Motivated: A self-driven problem solver who thrives in a precision environment.
• Team-minded: You enjoy collaborating, learning, and contributing to a positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Study drawings and engineering information to determine machining methods, operation sequences, product dimensions, and tolerances.
• Apply math and machining knowledge to calculate precise dimensions.
• Set up, adjust, program, and operate CNC lathes or mills with fixtures and advanced tooling for precision machining operations.
• Machine components to exact specifications using a variety of production equipment, ensuring alignment with established schedules.
• Inspect and verify parts against drawings and specifications, maintaining the highest levels of quality.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
