The Role
We’re hiring a Technical Sales & Account Development Specialist to strengthen new relationships, manage inbound customer inquiries and support all stages of our customer engagement process. This is a critical role that bridges technical understanding, customer communication, and business development.
You'll serve as the first point of contact for prospects, helping them choose the right product, preparing quotes, and guiding them through the sales process. It’s not cold calling or outside sales — it’s about turning interest into action and building relationships that last.
You’ll strengthen business sustainability by developing new prospects and leads into customers and long-term relationships. While the majority of your efforts occur at ABTech’s facility in Fitzwilliam; You’ll also travel (25%-50%) to attend trade shows and to visit customer’s facilities for introductions, follow-on meetings and customer service visits to support and strengthen these relationships.
